Watch: People Who Have Decided To Ignore Evacuation Orders

State officials have ordered mandatory evacuation in several areas in the Panhandle of Florida. 50% of the locals have decided to ignore those evacuation orders. They have decided to ride out a Catagory 4 Hurricane. There were lots of people who decided to ride out Hurricane Florence and most of them had to be rescued.
