According to a poll out by Buzzfeed  they asked over 150,000 people about small crimes they say everyone commits. The stats are interesting. The largest offense was jaywalking, at 90% of those polled saying they had jaywalked. This was followed by underage drinking with 72% saying they had drank alcohol underage. Neither of these are a huge surprise to me.

Take a look and see how you compare to their online poll. The top 9 criminal acts and the percentages are listed below:

  1. Jaywalking - 90% say they have
  2. Rolling through a stop sign - 51% said yes
  3. Speeding - 67% say they have
  4. Using Wi-Fi without permission - 35% have done this
  5. Pirated music or movies -78% said yes
  6. Double Featured -(paid for only one movie but stayed for 2) -22% said yes
  7. Drank Alcohol Underage- 72% said yes
  8. Paid under the table- (not reporting or paying taxes) - 41% have done this
  9. Ask for a cup for water but got soda instead - 33% have done this

I'd guess most of us have done at least half of the things on this list. So, maybe we all do have a slight criminal side to us.
