Sofia Vergara and her ex, Nick Loeb, are fighting over ownership of two frozen embryos they produced together.
TMZ says the battle has nothing to do with the embryos but it’s Loeb trying to ruin Vergara’s marriage to Joe Manganiello. A source said it’s all because Vergara dumped Loeb.
Loeb’s intent to have a child has already been fulfilled with another woman. A source says Loeb established a Louisiana address so he could fight this case in a pro-life state.
