Cops were called on Heather who was drunk at her home and a cop who tried to restrain her got punched. EMT's tried to get her on a gurney, but one EMT was kicked and now she's about to sue. She claims that she sustained neck and head injuries from the attack, and the injuries were so bad that she had to be confined to a desk job. The lawsuit is still pending.
