The documentary will tell the story of how her 1972 gospel album, performed live in LA at the New Temple Missionary Baptist Church came to be the best selling gospel album of all time.
The film, "Amazing Grace" will be shown at the DOC NYC festival and will have limited screening in New York and Los Angeles ahead of Oscars season.
