Ham/Turkey OR An Office Holiday Party?

With the recovery of the economy, many companies are planning a Christmas Party or Holiday Party for the PC crowd this year. Challenger, Gray and Christmas Inc found that 80% of companies plan on throwing a Holiday Party this year. These parties tend to gather extreme excitement or extreme dread from employees. According to Randstad, 90% of employees would rather receive an extra day off or a ham/turkey than a Holiday Party.

Not to mention that Holiday parties are a workplace HAZARD!
