She posted a retro MTV PSA video on her Instagram feed.
It's a Rock The Vote message from 1990 where Madonna and two dancers are dancing around and telling us to vote. Madonna is wrapped in an American flag wearing nothing but a bikini.
At the end of the PSA, Madonna says, "If you don't vote, you're going to get a spanking."
