1. When you use emojis, people don't respect your intelligence quite as much. Many people believe they are too informal for work emails.
2. When you tell inappropriate jokes, people view you as less intelligent and less competent.
3. When you don't ask for advice, people don't see you as smart and capable as those who do ask for advice.
