Disney Donated $500K to Help Wildfire Victims

The Walt Disney Company is helping those impacted by the California wildfires by donating $500,000 to relief and recovery efforts.

This donation will help support firefighters that are fighting the blazes on the front lines, and will help residents as well.

“The firefighters are true heroes, and we honor their tireless commitment as they continue to battle these devastating wildfires,” said Disney chairman Bob Iger.

Along with the donation, Disney also announced that they will match dollar-for-dollar any donations given for relief efforts by Disney employees.
