You might want to walk around the block a few extra times or get some bonus workouts in so you can pack in as much Thanksgiving food as possible. Have you ever wondered how many calories you are putting away with the traditional Turkey Day meal? The Calorie Control Council has suggested that the typical Thanksgiving meal could run about 4,500 calories!  Mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie, and pecan pie are the biggest threats to your waistline. Experts say one celebratory meal shouldn't throw you off that much if you are trying to maintain a healthy regimen.  But what about leftovers? Do you usually have a lot of them?
