As a fan of McDonald's french fries, I panicked when I saw this.
McDonald's is testing a new menu item in Hawaii, California and Nevada. I'm not sure how Tampa did not become a test market for this and to be honest, I'm sort of bummed about it. McDonald's has introduced new things to the menu over the years like the McRib, McDLT (remember those?), and up in Maine, you can even get a McLobster Roll. (seriously!)
