According to experiments in Malaysia, the possibility of "electric smell" technology is closer than many of us may think.
"It's not just about the smell," says Adrian Cheok, one of the scientists behind the experiment. "It's part of a whole, integrated virtual reality." I mean just imagine the possibilities of chatting with someone and they're able to smell you cooking your favorite dish while you're chatting online? Sounds cool right?
Don't get too excited, the technology won't be available for another 15 years.
