Adam Levine Says He’s Conflicted Over Super Bowl Performance

While Maroon 5 is still scheduled to perform during the upcoming Super Bowl halftime show, their frontman wants fans to know he's heard their side and that he's conflicted.

Pink and Rihanna reportedly turned down the offer to play based on the league's refusal to hire Colin Kaepernick, so the NFL came to Adam Levine and company to take the stage at Mercedes-Benz Stadium this February.

Comedian Amy Schumer launched a petition to urge the band to decline the top billing in solidarity with the free agent quarterback, which has passed 63,000 signatures so far. Levine, told Variety in their "2018 Hitmaker Of The Year" cover story, "I'm still formulating a lot of things" when it comes to their involvement.
