TRAILER: Bruce Springsteen’s Special ‘Springsteen on Broadway’

One of the most anticipated specials heading to Netflix is Springsteen on Broadway, and if you weren’t already excited for its December 16 premiere, one viewing of the trailer will surely change your tune.

The Springsteen on Broadway special captures The Boss’ critically and commercially successful Broadway show at the Walter Kerr Theatre, which will end on December 15 after 236 performances, all of which sold out. It was one of the hottest and priciest tickets to obtain and was so successful, Springsteen was honored at the 72nd Annual Tony Awards with a “Special Tony Award” for his contribution to the stage.

Needless to say, if you’re not already subscribed to Netflix, you’re going to want to reach for your wallet in the near future.
