1. Expose yourself to sunlight as soon as you possibly can.
2. Cut out late dinners. The digestive process takes a lot out of you so when you overeat before bed, you don't get good rest.
3. Be mindful of your caffeine intake.
4. Do your to-do list before bedtime. It will take your mind off of what you have to do while you sleep.
