You've made the decision. In the new year, you're going to become more of a morning person. It's simple. Just wake up earlier. "But I'm not a morning person," you cry. Here are tips for becoming a morning person:

1. Expose yourself to sunlight as soon as you possibly can.

2. Cut out late dinners. The digestive process takes a lot out of you so when you overeat before bed, you don't get good rest.

3. Be mindful of your caffeine intake.

4. Do your to-do list before bedtime. It will take your mind off of what you have to do while you sleep.
