What are the most romantic states around the country? A new survey looked at all of our states and found the most romantic states in the country. They looked at factors including: overall happiness, openness to love, amount spent on Valentine's Day, marriage and divorce rates, and "romantic communication." You might be surprised to find out that FLORIDA came in third. How did the top five look?
