Jennifer Sinclair sent out a memo to her staff members about do's and don't during the holiday season. She wanted to remove anything that could possibly be construed as religious.
Surprisingly, candy canes made the "naughty" list. Her argument was that the shape is 'J' for Jesus and the red is the blood of Christ and the white symbolizes His resurrection.
The school district suspended Ms. Sinclair while they investigate.
