Severe Weather, Possible Tornadoes For Tampa Bay On Friday
We’ve had a huge swing in temperatures this week with it warming up nicely today. But the return of warmth also brings the return of moisture that will be present for sure tomorrow.
NWS forecasters predict severe weather will arrive Friday sometime between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Expect isolated tornadoes, waterspouts, flash flooding, heavy rainfall, lightning, possible hail and winds gusting in excess of 60 mph.
Nation Weather Service forecaster Tony Hurt says, “The timing is more of the question as opposed to if it’s actually going to happen.”
