A judge denied Kevin Spacey’s request to not appear in court today on a sexual assault charge. Spacey is in court today pleading not guilty to charges of sexual assault. It was an 18 year old boy who told Spacey he was 23 and he wanted to get his autograph. Spacey bought the 18 year old several drinks before he put his hands down his pants. In the Police report, Spacey’s lawyers point out, the 18 year old never said stop. Spacey denies any wrong doing and asks that people wait for the facts to come out.
