What slows you down the most or takes you off task? Want a look at the top activities that may be a hindrance to you accomplishing your true goals?
These are the top ways Americans waste time.
- Scrolling on social media. Are you scrolling and finding inspiration to go follow your own dreams or just wasting time comparing yourself to others?
- Using games or apps on your phone. Are the games mind-benders sharpening your wit? Or is it just a way to numb your mind for a bit?
- Watching TV. (Had to include an old-school time-waster.)
- Sitting in traffic. We do a lot of that in the Tampa Bay area.
- Always checking your phone. Staying connected or staying distracted?
Be mindful and proactive in 2019. Awareness is the first step.
