A Tampa Bay bride was charged $500 just for asking about a limo charge.
Nancy Jennings discovered the new charge on her credit card, three months after she used a limo service for her wedding day.
WFLA NewsChannel 8 reports that Jennings used a limousine through Barnes Professional Limousine Service. Jennings says she was quoted a price of $225 per hour to drive her wedding party to the event, and only used the limo for little over an hour. However, her credit card was charged more than $900 for the limo service.
After reading her contract’s fine print, Jennings found that a ridiculous clause in the contract allowed for the additional charges. But after paying the fees, the charges continued.
