There is a hotel in Japan that's proud of the fact that they're the first hotel with a robot staff. Unfortunately, they had to fire much of that robot staff. Why? All kinds of crazy reasons. For example, guests complained that robots would wake them up while they were sleeping because the robot in their room would hear them snore and say, "I'm sorry. What was that? I didn't understand you." Also, baggage handler robots could only carry bags over smooth surfaces. Basically, the robots were creating more work for the human workers because of the problems they were creating.
