Ladies, we know life isn’t affair, right?
We know all about the pay gap. And it’s pretty annoying that men can lose weight more easily than we can. Also, men aren’t scrutinized as much when it comes to their appearance. And now a new study found that BMI (Body Mass Index) has a big impact on a woman’s likelihood of living to ninety. That’s not so much the case with men.
The idea is the less weight you add to your body from the age of 20, the better off you’ll be. Does that mean we get to include the Freshman Fifteen in that weight base?
And as far as a workout benchmark for women, the report states that 60 minutes a day is the magic number for longevity.
