A new comprehensive study revealed that 95% of teenagers are lacking in both categories. Let's run through some of the bad things that can happen when you don't get enough sleep. You are more prone to weight gain, dementia and heart disease. Participating in 45 minutes PER DAY of exercise is what teens should be aiming for. It's alarming to think about the health problems that could be affecting this generation later in life. Parents, do what you can to change this. Even though they're teenagers, we're still their parents.
