Meet The Buccaneers New Kicker Phillip Anderson

Phillip Anderson was signed by the Bucs on Thursday to be the new kicker. Bruce Arians will get the Bucs into the playoffs this year for the first time in 11 seasons. Buccaneers fans have all but given up on the team, but give Bruce one season to win and the fans will all be back in!
