The State stands to lose $61 million in taxes if the winner does not show up and claim the ticket. The winner still has until mid April to show up, but where are they? It makes me think that ticket was lost and whoever had it, never knew they were a winner. If the winner does not show up, all that money goes back to the 44 States it cam from.
