Organizers say that you can expect to find items like vintage slot machines, computers, clothing, tools, art-work, bikes and more!
Island Estates is a part of Clearwater Beach. It is the community of homes located just off of the Memorial Causeway. Once you enter the neighbor hood (via Island Way) turn on any of the various side streets like Windward Passage... you'll see yard after yard filled with treasures.
The "sale" officially begins at 8am and will end around 12 noon. But personal experience has taught me that, "The Early Bird Gets The Worm".
