The estate of Michael Jackson is planning on suing HBO over Finding Neverland, a documentary the estate calls “a one-sided marathon of unvetted propaganda”.

The documentary is the account of two men who previously had testified under oath that they weren’t sexually abused by Jackson.

The estate says that HBO breached the contract which said that the network couldn’t “make any disparaging remarks concerning Performer [Jackson] or any of his representatives, agents, or business practices or do any act that may harm or disparage or cause to lower in esteem the reputation or public image of Performer.”

The estate is seeking $100 million in damages and HBO has publicly stated that they will air Finding Neverland on March 3rd and 4th so that the public can make their own decisions.
