The train hit a downed tree in a snow storm and has been stuck since Sunday. Amtrak has not told them when they will be able to rescue them. The only people allowed off the train are pet owners who can walk their dogs two times a day. Is there really a road right next to the train and if there is, why haven't they been bused out yet?
