Though it may contain more fat, pizza has less sugar. A serving of Raisin Bran for instance, has 18 grams of sugar, and contains no healthy fats. Pizza can also have more protein, which will help keep from having that sugar crash.
The nutritionist, Chelsey Amer, suggested other items were better than either cereal or pizza. Greek yogurt with fruit and oatmeal with cinnamon she said were better than both.
Amer is not, however, saying it would be good on a regular basis.
