The NFL has released another statement on New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft as charges against Kraft and 24 other men were announced Monday.

The statement reads, “Our Personal Conduct Policy applies equally to everyone in the NFL. We will handle this allegation in the same way we would handle any issue under the Policy. We are seeking a full understanding of the facts, while ensuring that we do not interfere with an ongoing law enforcement investigation. We will take appropriate action as warranted based on the facts.”

Authorities say they have video footage of the 77-year-old Kraft paying for sex-services at Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida.

Kraft has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of solicitation of prostitution. He will be mailed a summons to appear in court.

On Monday, Florida State Attorney Dave Aronberg said that human trafficking “is fueled by the demand side. Demands by otherwise law abiding citizens who are not aware or don’t want to be aware of those being exploited,” and that “human trafficking often occurs in plain sight, which is why I’m hopeful that these cases will encourage people to say something if they see something.”
