It's a new trend. In the prenup, couples who are about to wed focus on establishing asset protection should they divorce. But in these new types of agreements, couples create boundaries, describing likes and dislikes and expectations in hopes that the relationship will be successful.
These contracts can include anything from personal preferences or pet peeves to expectations regarding intimacy to who will pay for nights out to how a couple will resolve disagreements.
