Dogs Pepper Sprayed By Meter Reader

A dog owner is upset after a power company employee used a pepper spray-like product on his dogs when going to read the meter, and it was caught on video.

An employee of South Carolina's Santee Cooper power company sprayed two dogs in a yard and was caught on surveillance video.

The executive producer of WMBF TV has surveillance cameras on his house where this happened. He was hope at the time but the meter reader never checked to see if anyone was home.

The employee was seen spraying the two barking dogs from the opposite side of the fence.
