We all feel bouts of sadness at time. That's normal.

But a new study indicates that younger millennials are dealing with more depression. It’s on the rise and one researcher thinks he knows why, saying. “The increasing trends of poor sleep, obesity, and negative body image might help explain the rising mental health difficulties experienced by young people.”

So what can you do to combat that depression? One of the easiest things to do is to journal. Write down what you're feeling. That way you're getting it off your chest. And who knows...maybe your writing could be inspiration for a great blog or book.
