How To Make A Smooth Transition When You Spring Forward
Here we go again. Time to change the clocks.
We’re going to spring forward on Sunday and you know who ends up being most detrimentally affected by this change? Little kids, and by proximity, parents of those little kids. So here are some tips to help the family prepare:
1. Shift bedtimes by a few minutes each night leading up to the time change
2. Keep your child’s room cool, dark, comfortable AND tech free!
3. Keep them busy on Saturday and Sunday (the ole ‘wear them out’ trick).
