One frequent flyer shared tips to make your air travel more pleasant:
1. Drink plenty of water and always go with OJ over vino. (Bring your own orange juice; plane OJ is too sugary.)
2. Don’t bother with the neck support pillow, but eye masks are a wise investment.
3. Only check bags as a last resort.
4. Spritz your skin with rose water and apply moisturizer.
