If Florida lawmakers have their way, the last time you moved your clock forward or backward… may be the last time you do so!

Action News 10 reports that Florida Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott re-introduced a law last week that would make the switch to daylight saving time permanent. The law known as the Sunshine Protection Act is designed to make Daylight Saving Time permanent year-round.

This would make more sunlight at the end of the day but less in the early morning hours. It also means you’d never have to change your clock again.
