Car Chase Ends With Suspect Breakdancing

CHP got into a slow speed chase this week. 

The driver was being pulled over for reckless driving when he took off instead. Police chased him at speeds of 60 mph down to 20 mph. The Police decided to PIT the car and finally the chase ended with nobody getting hurt. What happened next surprised the police and the helicopter pilot. Check out the breakdancing suspect!
