Melissa said that this diet helps if you want to lose weight quickly and utilize it as a short-term diet.

The Mediterranean diet has been around for a while. Melissa explains that there is scientific evidence supporting how good it is for your heart. The focus of the diet is on high-nutrient foods.

Melissa votes the Mediterranean diet because of it’s long-term results. It’s more than a diet…it’s a lifestyle.
