ORIGINAL STORY

New reports have come out about Mick Jagger and the health issue that resulted in The Rolling Stones postponing their upcoming "No Filter" North American tour.

Per The Drudge Report, Jagger reportedly will be undergoing heart valve replacement surgery later this week in New York City with the singer expected to make a full recovery and be back on stage as early as this summer.

The Rolling Stones shared the news about their tour postponement on Saturday (March 30) citing Jagger needed an undisclosed “medical treatment.” U.K.’s The Sun and The Mirror shared a number of photos of Jagger, members of his family and other Stones members enjoying a day at the beach yesterday (March 31.) U.K.’s The Telegraph also reported that their sources said Jagger needed time to nurse a physical injury he sustained while the band was rehearsing for the tour and that his health issue was nothing very serious or life-threatening.

Whatever is going on with Jagger, we all wish him a successful, speedy recovery.
