Channel 8 says it got physical and it got so bad that 74 year old Gary King jumped into his Hyundai Santa Fe and slammed it into his brother's vehicle AS HE WAS GETTING OUT. Then they say he backed up and hit him again!
The brother is at Bayonet Hospital Trauma Center. King is in custody charged with aggravated battery.
