Kevin the shelter dog was surrendered by his owner 4 months ago. 

This shelter dog lives in an office at the Austin Pet Shelter because they have run out of cages to put the shelter pets in. The shelter workers say Kevin waits until nobody is looking and steals all kinds of things, like name tags and clothes and purses and anything he can to surround himself with. Hope he finds a new forever home soon!
