Dr. Wayne Gange is a Dentist and he put up this display outside his office. The reaction from neighbors is mixed with one neighbor showing up to tear it down. She pulled the mannequins down and piled them in the Dr.s driveway. Dr. Gange was not happy when he arrived to find a pile of body parts in his driveway. Last we heard, he was headed to City Hall to "take care of this". Stay Tuned
