"The Hustle" measured online drunken shopping habits and sure enough, Florida landed in the Top 10. They found 79% of us have made at least one drunk purchase. It's most often clothing and shoes. Women are mostly likely to do it, but the disparity is pretty small ... 80% to 78%. They found the average drunk shopper spends about $444 a year.
Only a few states had more drunk online shoppers than Florida. Iowa, South Carolina, Alabama, New Jersey and Maryland were the biggest offenders.
