Jane Castor Will Be Tampa’s Next Mayor

We won’t need to wait up late tonight to see who won this one. The City of Tampa’s mayoral race today wasn’t even close. Former Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor won “in a landslide” according to ABC Action News. She declared victory at about 7:30 tonight. David Straz took the loss well and told supporters “If you want the best for Tampa, then you want Jane Castor to succeed.”
