Texting While Driving Fines In Florida

Texting and Driving in Florida is not illegal today but it will be soon.

If you are texting and driving in Florida, you can get pulled over but only if you are doing something else wrong. That's about to change. A Bill that passed the House and is headed for the Senate makes texting and driving illegal. It's a $30 fine for the first offense and a $60 fine for the second offence.
