With so many ways to eat healthily, it can be hard to figure out what will work for you, your brain and your body. Here are some ways to rewire your brain to eat successfully.

First and foremost, eat breakfast. You should work in protein, fat and something low carb and low sugar. Smoothies made with low-glycemic foods are better than those with bananas or peanut butter.

Next, try something new like breakfast salad, eggs, spinach, and veggies mixed with your favorite spices and clean dressings or bone broth, which can give you added energy.

Finally keep your food choices simple, eating the same foods each week is key. Preparing your foods can help you stay on track. Instead of the endless coffee cup, try green tea and balance it with water.
