Do you have medicines in your medicine cabinet that you need to get rid of? Don't flush them down the toilet or toss them in the trash.

They could pollute our waters or get into the wrong hands.

There's a big "drug take-back" event Saturday around Tampa Bay put on by local law enforcement.

Between 10 A.M. and 2 P.M., you can drop off unused, unwanted, or expired medications. You can find events taking place in Hillsborough, Polk, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.

The two Hillsborough locations are:

-CVS- 2109 State Road 60, Valrico, FL
-Walgreens- 8398 Sheldon Road, Tampa, FL

For more information or to find a collection site near you, you can visit www.dea.gov and go to the "Got Drugs?" link. Or you can call 800-882-9539.
