Florida House and Senate voted unanimously to ban child-like sex dolls.
The bill is now headed to Gov DeSantis to sign. The bill would make it illegal to possess, display, give away or sell the sex dolls.
First offense would be a first degree felony and a second offence would be a third degree felony with a possibility of five years in jail.
