Dunedin Man Fined $30,000 For Not Mowing His Grass

The City of Dunedin fined him $30,000 for tall grass and now they are trying to foreclose his house to collect.
What’s that saying, you can’t fight city hall? Thanks goodness a legal group has stepped in to help him save his house. Jim Fickens is hoping the Institute for Justice can help him reduce the fines and keep his house.
